ABOUT MARY

Hi, I’m Mary

Just like many of you, I’ve been on a journey to better health and well-being.

In my 20s, I spent my weekends partying without a care in the world. But when I started having kids, the effects of years of stress—both past and present—really started to catch up with me.

Now in my 40 something years, I’ve been through loss, grief, pregnancy and parenting challenges, mum burnout, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, gut issues, and chronic pain. There was a time when I felt stuck, and the ability to cope was low.

I spent years trying different diets, therapies, supplements, exercises, and self-care practices to get back to feeling like myself. And while they helped, there was still something holding my progress back.

I began to realise that my emotions, experiences and stresses were effecting my physical self. I knew I had to address the root cause and not just the symptoms.

My interest in neuroplasticity led me to kinesiology, and it was a game-changer. This gentle, non-invasive approach helped me rewire old coping mechanisms, thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs. As a result, my physical symptoms started to improve too.

Since then, kinesiology has significantly reduced my back pain, helped me manage stress, set better boundaries, and improve my hormonal and gut health. It’s given me a whole new level of clarity and resilience. I love how holistic it is—looking at the body as a whole and clearing stress at its core.

Keen to share this modality with others, I completed an Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology in 2024 at O’Neill Kinesiology College. I'm also currently studying Mind-Body Connection Therapy to give my clients even more tools to reduce stress and restore balance.

What I offer my clients

I take a holistic, non-invasive approach to health, working with the body to restore balance on an emotional, mental, physical, and energetic level. Rather than just treating symptoms, I focus on the root cause of imbalances so you can truly feel your best.

Each session is completely client-led—meaning I tailor treatments to your unique needs, whether you're dealing with stress, fatigue, emotional blocks, physical discomfort, or chronic illness.

Most importantly, I offer a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable, heard, and empowered to take charge of your own health.

Your body already has everything it needs to heal itself—kinesiology simply helps facilitate that process.
